A Los Angeles native, Tamika has more than 14 years of experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She has held positions as executive director, planner, and public relations officer.
Tamika holds a master's degree in management from Hodges University, graduating Cum Laude, received a fundraising certificate from the University of Indiana Lilly School of Philanthropy, is a graduate of Leadership Collier, and currently serves as a board member with the Association of Fundraising Professionals Collier-Lee Chapter and is a Hodges University Board of Trustee.
Tamika is pursuing a certification to be designated as a Certified Fund-Raising Executive. When she is not working, Tamika enjoys resourcing furniture and interior decorating.

Darrel was reared in Montclair, New Jersey, then moved to Richmond, Viriginia to develop his career in technology. He is experienced in project management, software analysis, and systems integration and administration.
Darrel prioritizes workloads and manage client projects to optimize stellar results. He helps clients adapt effectively to rapidly changing technology while possessing the ability to keep them calm. Darrel has held positions as a cyber security systems engineer and infrastructure manager. He holds a master's degree from Colorado Technical University in Cyber Security Policy and has a CompTia Security certificate.
Darrel enjoys speaking at conferences involving technology and cyber security, and advocating STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) for young adults.

A North Carolina native, Kim has a combined 19 years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion training, program administration and development, classroom instruction, lesson plans and student assessments in conjunction with state learning regulations. She earned a Doctor of Education, Education Leadership, Administration and Policy from Pepperdine University.
Kim is a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialist, Global Career Development Facilitator, and Florida Clinical Educator Trainer. As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director, Kim provides diversity, equity and inclusion training for clients in-person or virtually to efficiently and effectively promote organizational mission, vision values, strategic plan and the organization’s commitment to diversity and leadership development.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys writing motivational and self-help books, spending time with friends and family, and giving back through serving as a member of the Collier County Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and The Kiwanis Club of Naples.

Originally from Scotland, Kelly moved to New York when she was 20 years old after completing a Hospitality Management Degree. After participating in a Culture Exchange Program, Kelly went back to college to earn a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology in NY. In addition to holding a Masters in Marketing, she has several years of Adjunct PR teaching experience, and worked for over six years in the finance industry.
Experienced in both for profit and nonprofit sectors, Kelly has spent the last decade working in Marketing, Communications and Development for various human service organizations in New York and Florida. As the Senior Director of Marketing and Development, she is responsible for assisting in the creation, development, and implementation of the overall strategic marketing direction of GYN.
Kelly is instrumental in helping GYN clients with grant preparation, writing and reporting and has an over 90% success rate in winning clients new and recurring grants. She loves spending time with her husband, children and four pets. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling, adventure, and spending time in the great outdoors.

Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Carolotta's background include working in the Office of the Public Defender, 20th Judicial Circuit of FL and Radian Events Inc. As Administrative Coordinator, she assists in helping Grow Your Non-Profit run smoothly by handling all administrative tasks, developing its new SWAG Department and raising awareness of the brand in the global nonprofit world. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art in all forms and spending time with her family.

Andrew is a Florida native and senior at Estero High School. In the fall, he plans on enrolling in track and field and ROTC. Andrew is a hard worker who shows up early for work and stays late to get the job done. He is skilled in creative marketing strategies, social media, setting up podcasts, audio / visual, and research.
When Andrew completes high school, he plans to enlist in the Navy. His hobbies include roller skating, researching history and politics, taking photos of his new car around town, playing video games and detailing cars.
